Parsley

Parsley is an herb from the Apiaceae family with its origin in southern Europe. It is a biennial plant characterized by dark green leaves. Parsley is rich in vitamins A & C, many minerals and iron, and is very common in Israeli cuisine. Parsley contributes to enriching the taste of many products, such as: soup powders, enriched rice dishes, processed meat, stir-fry dishes, “hot-dish” style products etc. Parsley is included in many recipes, such as recipes for potatoes, rice stews, fish, fried chicken, lamb, goose, steaks, meat or vegetable stews, granting a special flavor, scent and aroma to soups and base stews.
