Celery root flakes

Celery, also called Rapsum, is a genus in the Apiacea family that includes plants, such as: parsley, cumin and coriander. It grows in the Mediterranean region of Europe, Asia and in the Himalayan mountains. It is characterized by a high salt content – about 0.12 of celery is salt. Celery root chips are used as a common and popular spice, it is a reliable and natural salt source, it helps reducing use of an ordinary salt and, in some products, it assists in preservation. Celery root chips add great taste and aroma to any dish. It combines great with soups, salads and casserole dishes.
