Soy flour
Soy flour is a flour that is extracted from soybeans, which have undergone a roasting process. It is rich in minerals, potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium and more than any other plant food – it is rich in proteins that contain all the essential amino acids. This protein’s quality is similar to that of meat protein, and it is an excellent source of essential nutrients for the organism. Soy flour is excellent for baking. It can be used as a single flour for baking or as an addition to other flour types, if you wish to improve the amount of protein and other nutritional values, or as a binder for sticking cutlets and fritters. Soy flour does not contain gluten, so it is suitable for celiac patients or those, who are sensitive to gluten.
