Liquid maltitol (all types)

It is a sugar substitute that is marked E965. It has a good taste and has a 90% of sucralose sweetness but half of its caloric value. It is suitable for use in low moisture products, like chocolate, and it’s also used to make sweet food, like sweets without sugar, pastries, ice cream etc.
