Celery root flakes
Celery, also called Rapsum, is a genus in the Apiacea family that includes plants, such as: parsley, cumin and coriander. It grows in the Mediterranean region of Europe, Asia and in the Himalayan mountains. It is characterized by a high salt content – about 0.12 of celery is salt.
