Celery root flakes

Celery, also called Rapsum, is a genus in the Apiacea family that includes plants, such as: parsley, cumin and coriander. It grows in the Mediterranean region of Europe, Asia and in the Himalayan mountains. It is characterized by a high salt content – about 0.12 of celery is salt. Celery root chips are used as a common and popular spice, it is a reliable and natural salt source, it helps reducing use of an ordinary salt and, in some products, it assists in preservation.
